Vacant Staging Process

No. 1
A brief discovery call will be scheduled where we chat about your home and get nessecary information to provide you with a quick estimate of your staging investment. Pictures of your home will be emailed prior to this call to aid in this process.

NO. 2
You will receive a proposal outlining the details of your customized package, including different package options and pricing. Once you have decide on a package, an agreement is signed and we can schedule a walk through for measurements and brainstorming.

NO. 3
On installation day, the House of Es team will be the only people present in the home for your worry-free stage. Once staging is complete, our inventory remains in the home untouched for up to 8 weeks. Extension options available.
Walk & Talk Consultations
Walk & Talk consultations are for the client that simply needs guidance on staging their home. We will walk through your home together as you get suggestions on modifications and changes that will assist in selling your home. You can make the adjustments yourself or arrangements can be made for House of Es to make the changes for you.

Handout with tips and tricks to prep your house for sell
Virtual consultations bring the perks of a walk & Talk consultation without the in-person meeting. Everything is done completely through video chat and pictures for seamless preparation in the selling of your home.
